Aleena Ahmad founded Affinity HRM Ltd in early 2018, to provide SME’s with a fresh new approach to HR Outsourcing. Based in Leicestershire and supporting clients nationally, Aleena is a highly experienced HR professional with over 14 years of progressive HR experience. Having completed a Masters in HR Management, she is also a Chartered status member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Aleena has worked in senior posts within several FTSE 100 companies in Accountancy and Finance, Retail and Pharmacy. During her career, she has developed an HR generalist background with extensive knowledge and experience of managing a full range of HR activity including all aspects of employment law, HR systems, talent management, recruitment, performance management, HR processes and defining and embedding HR strategy to support the overall business objectives.
Now, Aleena is using her knowledge and experience to offer a unique approach to HR and recruitment services. Supporting businesses of all sizes from start-ups employing their first member of staff to well established small and large businesses, there is an HR package to suit all budgets.
